Karen L. Golden
President, Future Planning Services, LLC
Karen began her career in funeral service in San Diego, CA in 1990. Since that time, Karen has focused exclusively in the field of pre-planning and funding. In 1995 Karen moved to North Carolina and began helping independent funeral homes develop and implement consistent pre-need programs in their community. After 13 years of consulting and working in funeral homes, Karen launched Future Planning Services, LLC in 2003 to directly assist independent funeral homes and consumers requiring assistance on pre-need laws, state specific laws, Medicaid laws and education about how to pre-plan and pre-fund funeral arrangements and burial insurance. Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Mt. Olive College, located in Mt. Olive, North Carolina. Karen is life licensed in all states Future Planning is conducting business in.
FPS serves clients throughout the mid-atlantic and southern states.
